🌿HAPPY HOME DESIGNER REVIEW🌿
So i am playing HHD recently on my Nintendo 3ds, and wanted to talk about some things.
For me its always important that a Game makes fun the whole time, and to get exited when playing it.
My first thoughts on Happy Home Designer was , that it will be absolutely boring, and not really interesting.
Since i got mine Nintendo with the Game on it i decided to give it a try, and i was surprised.
The Game itself is really cute. You get to design some Houses and do other Projects. You also could get some lessons and do new thing like design things (like in Animal crossing New leaf) and other things like using Ceilings,Sound and a lot more.
The placing from furniture is really easy.
But after doing all project, like the School and the Hospitals. you are just doing other villagers homes.
Yeah you maybe get new Furniture and stuff, but i kinda feel out off the Game, it doesn't really have much more than that.
What really keeps me going are the emotions you get, and exploring new music records you get with every villager.
Wich you can use just like in the other animal crossing games ( but not when you design a house !!).
However it can be addicting at the beginning, but i thing after you get the main things done, its not really more than collecting things.
For people who don't want to design houses after houses its not the right game. yeah you maybe get a a topic every time, but you can totally dismiss it (there are just always 1-2 furnitures you need to put out) but mostly you can do whatever you want on every house.
And the Amiibo cards ( which i am not a big fan off) is a cute Idea too.
It keeps you spending money on packages (in Germany they cost from 3-4 euros) with 2-3 Cards in it, and every package has one special cards.
The special cards have villagers on it, wich you can't get without the cards.
(like Melinda, Resetti, Tom Nook).
You can design there houses and take them as a visitor to other houses.
( All designed things you have with a picture in a folder you always carrying)
One thing i missed is having more thing for the Own Charakter
You can change you face and hair (after having the hair machine unlocked) and changing you clothes ( but not the shirt, or putting on a dress)
Also you don't have a own house, what i think is really sad, since you have that much Furniture.
At the end i would give the Game 6 out of 10
For the design, Idea, and the many hours i spent on it having fun.
but its not something i would buy again, or replay.
